Q. Which type of carpet lasts longer?

A heavier weight carpet with a higher density pile will last longer.

It is a good idea to buy better quality carpets for heavy wear areas such as living rooms, hallways and stairs and lighter weight ( and cheaper) carpets for bedrooms.

Carpets vary in terms of warmth, hardwear, price and cleanability and this is why it is important to gain advice from an experienced carpet retailer!
